Free shipping on orders over $60

Each piece is inspected by our quality control team before shipment. As these are handmade items, returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged.

Shipping policy

Most items in our studio are handmade to order and produced in the sequence of purchase. Production generally takes 3–7 business days.

Once your order is completed, we will record a packing video before arranging shipment with our logistics partner.

For orders under $60: a flat shipping fee of $12 applies to non-EU countries.
For orders $60 and above: free shipping is provided.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided within 7–15 business days under normal circumstances (excluding force majeure).
